Organization and team
The security team includes Red/Purple/Blue teamers and risk and compliance oriented profiles all working together to find the best way to fix security weaknesses (we are under perpetual real and simulation attacks, audit reviews and compliance assessments to sharpen our radar). Our goal is to find innovative solutions to solve cyber security issues, adapted to business needs. Moreover, our practices are open and shared with the community in order to help others and get feedback. Responsibilities
- Shape the evolution of our security architecture by identifying weaknesses and designing durable, scalable solutions.
- Enhance the platforms and automations that empower detection, investigation and response.
- Drive remediation efforts by turning investigations and lessons learned into structural improvements across the company.
- Collaborate with Infra, Dev and SRE teams to embed security into how systems are designed, deployed and operated.
- Develop tools, frameworks and workflows that elevate the team's capabilities and reduce operational friction.
- Contribute to a forward-looking security roadmap, exploring new approaches and technologies to continuously raise our level of resilience.
- Ability to investigate incidents end-to-end and drive durable remediation (root cause to corrective actions).
- Capacity to identify weaknesses, propose pragmatic hardening measures, and influence infra/dev/product teams.
- Solid understanding of secure architectures (cloud & on-prem) and ability to guide teams toward safer designs.
- Experience building/improving logging, monitoring and detection pipelines.
- Practical experience in Microsoft and/or open-source ecosystems, scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and familiarity with DevOps/SRE environments.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Language: French and professional English
