Le poste :

Groupe FoodTech fondé en 2017, pionnier d'un modèle innovant de restauration, l'entreprise développe et exploite des marques fortes de fast-food via un système de franchise.

Présent en France et à l'international, le groupe compte aujourd'hui une centaine de franchisés.

Dernièrement, l'entreprise a réalisé une levée de fonds récemment et se trouve à un moment clé de forte accélération, avec :

  • lancement de nouvelles marques,
  • évolution vers des points de vente physiques,
  • préparation de nouvelles levées,
  • une ambition de croissance très élevée à moyen terme.

Rattachement direct au CFO, avec un accès fréquent et direct au CEO / fondateur

Environnement start-up, très agile, avec énormément d'autonomie

Le poste :

Dans un contexte de passation, nous recrutons un(e) Head of Legal pour piloter l'ensemble des sujets juridiques du groupe.

C'est un poste 360°, stratégique et opérationnel, au cœur du business, avec un impact direct sur la croissance.

Vos missions :

  • Droit de la franchise (cœur du poste)
  • Structurer, rédiger et faire évoluer les contrats de franchise
  • Accompagner le développement du réseau en France et à l'international
  • Gérer les contentieux et précontentieux avec les franchisés
  • Sécuriser les évolutions du modèle (nouveaux concepts, nouveaux formats)
  • Contrats & partenariats
  • Négocier et sécuriser les contrats de prestations, notamment avec des influenceurs et partenaires médias
  • Rédiger et suivre les contrats stratégiques liés à l'exploitation des marques
  • Immobilier & opérations
  • Suivi des baux commerciaux
  • Support juridique aux levées de fonds
Profil :

Formation supérieure en droit (Bac +5)

8 à 12 ans d'expérience minimum

Expertise solide et indispensable en droit de la franchise

Une expérience dans le secteur alimentaire / CHR / retail / food

À l'aise dans des environnements entrepreneuriaux et en forte croissance

Capable d'être à la fois stratégique et très opérationnel

Anglais et français courants (environnement international)
