Head of Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

A strategic leadership role within a post-acquisition transformation environment, involving IT infrastructure consolidation and carve-out / carve-in projects.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Networks

  • Define the global infrastructure and network strategy
  • Oversee IT architecture, operations, and system availability
  • Lead carve-out / carve-in projects ensuring business continuity
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and performance
  • Define workstation strategy and supervise production IT
  • Provide Level 2 support and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)

Cybersecurity

  • Define and implement the information security strategy
  • Manage security audits, risk assessments, and compliance (ISO 27001, ITIL)
  • Oversee incident response with SOC and forensic partners
  • Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives

IT Assets & Tools

  • Oversee lifecycle, inventory, and optimization of IT assets
  • Operate hybrid environments (on-prem / cloud): Entra ID, AVD, Intune, Cortex EDR, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Meraki, O365

Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with application teams and CIO Office
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder projects in an international context
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability of the IT landscape

Profile

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and IT operations
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance and remediation plans
  • Experience in environment transformation and carve-out / carve-in projects
  • Vendor and project leadership in hybrid infrastructures
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong communication, operational mindset, leadership without hierarchy, and results orientation

Missions principales

Infrastructure & Réseaux

  • Définir la stratégie infrastructure et réseau
  • Superviser l'architecture, l'exploitation et la disponibilité des systèmes
  • Piloter les projets de carve-out / carve-in
  • Gérer les prestataires et la performance des services
  • Définir la stratégie postes de travail et l'environnement de production IT
  • Assurer le support N2 et le Plan de Reprise d'Activité (PRA)

Cybersécurité

  • Définir et appliquer la politique SSI
  • Gérer audits, risques et conformité (ISO 27001, ITIL)
  • Superviser les incidents avec SOC et forensic
  • Sensibiliser les équipes

Assets & Outils IT

  • Gérer lifecycle, inventaire et rationalisation des assets
  • Travailler sur des environnements hybrides : Entra ID, AVD, Intune, Cortex EDR, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Meraki, O365

Collaboration & Gouvernance

  • Travailler avec les équipes applicatives et le CIO Office
  • Piloter des projets complexes internationaux
  • Garantir performance, sécurité et fiabilité des infrastructures

Profil

  • 10+ ans en infrastructures IT, réseaux et cybersécurité
  • Maîtrise de la gouvernance SSI, ITIL / ISO 27001
  • Expérience en transformations et carve-out / carve-in
  • Leadership transversal, communication claire, orientation résultats
  • Français et anglais courant
