is looking to hire an
Associate
to join its Paris-based investment team. The firm focuses on
core and core+ infrastructure
across Europe, including
transport, digital infrastructure, energy transition, utilities, and social assets
.
Role Overview
You will be involved in the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution through to portfolio management. The role offers exposure to senior team members, international transactions, and a broad range of sectors within sustainable, long-term infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal execution: valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and documentation
- Contribute to origination efforts and thematic research
- Assist in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (advisors, lenders, co-investors)
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years' experience in
M&A, Private Equity, or Infrastructure Advisory - Strong transaction execution and analytical skills
- Prior exposure to
infrastructure or energy-related sectors
preferred - Fluent in
French and English - Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
