VOTRE MISSION
Au sein de la direction financière d'un grand groupe bancaire, vous orchestrez l'accélération de l'adoption de l'Intelligence Artificielle. Vous agissez comme le maillon fort entre les métiers de la Gestion d'Actifs et la DSI pour transformer l'innovation en valeur business.

  • Pilotage Stratégique : Co-construction de la feuille de route Digitale & IA et garantie de son alignement avec la gouvernance globale et les priorités de l'entreprise.
  • Product Ownership : Gestion et priorisation du Backlog produit selon la valeur métier (ROI) et l'impact opérationnel. Vous clarifiez les besoins pour les équipes techniques.
  • Monitoring & Performance : Définition et suivi des KPIs pour mesurer l'efficacité des initiatives IA et assurer un reporting clair auprès des sponsors.
  • Coordination 360° : Alignement de toutes les parties prenantes (Métier, IT, Data, Risques, Conformité) autour d'une vision commune.
  • Représentation : Porte-parole de l'entité Asset Management lors des comités Innovation du Groupe.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • L'expérience avant tout : Vous cumulez 8 ans d'expérience, dont 3 ans spécifiquement dédiés à des projets IA/Data.
  • Double Compétence Rare : Vous maîtrisez le métier de l'Asset Management (processus Front-to-Back, réglementation) ET les enjeux de l'Intelligence Artificielle.
  • Méthodologie : Vous êtes rompu aux méthodes Agiles (Scrum, Kanban) et aux pratiques de Product Management (User Stories, Cadrage, MVP).
  • Savoir-être : Excellent communicant, vous savez vulgariser la tech pour le métier et traduire le métier pour la tech.

LA STACK TECHNIQUE

  • Méthodologie : Agile, Product Management, SAFe (un plus).
  • Domaine Métier : Asset Management, Finance de Marché.
  • Tech & Innovation : GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Science.
  • Outils de Gestion : JIRA, Confluence, Outils de Roadmapping.
  • Gouvernance : KPIs, Risques & Conformité IA.
