En tant que Professional Services Architecte, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la mise en place de solutions cloud adaptées aux besoins de nos clients. Vous interviendrez en tant qu'expert technique et conseiller stratégique, assurant la réussite des projets et l'adoption optimale de nos solutions.

Vos missions principales

Architecture et Conseil :

  • Concevoir des architectures cloud NumSpot évolutives et sécurisées, alignées sur les besoins métiers et techniques des clients.

  • Accompagner les clients dans leur transformation numérique et leur adoption du cloud NumSpot.

  • Fournir une expertise sur les meilleures pratiques et les stratégies d'optimisation des infrastructures et applications cloud.

Accompagnement et Implémentation :

  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des solutions cloud NumSpot et assurer leur intégration avec les systèmes existants des clients.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et métier du client pour garantir une adoption fluide des solutions.

  • Développer des méthodologies et frameworks facilitant la standardisation et l'industrialisation des déploiements.

Transfert de Compétences et Support :

  • Animer des ateliers techniques et former les équipes clients aux technologies et bonnes pratiques du cloud NumSpot.

  • Assurer un support avancé et un accompagnement post-implémentation pour garantir la performance et la sécurité des solutions mises en place.

Collaboration et Veille Technologique :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes avant-vente, produit et ingénierie pour aligner l'offre de services sur les besoins du marché.

  • Mener une veille active sur les innovations technologiques et réglementaires impactant l'écosystème cloud.

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des services et des outils internes pour optimiser l'efficacité des déploiements.
