 Platforms Coordinator – Digital Tools & Operations

Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris (hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days working from home)

 Permanent/CDI contract

At Host Broadcast Services (HBS), we deliver the digital and operational backbone behind some of the world's biggest sporting events. Our tools help manage event bookings, staff operations, and large-scale scheduling — and we're looking for a Platforms Coordinator to help keep these systems running smoothly and evolving to meet the needs of our global projects.

Working within the Platforms & Solutions team, you'll support end-users, test new functionalities, and help deploy digital platforms used across HBS. Your work will directly impact the reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction of systems essential to event operations.

Responsibilities:

   End-User Support & Training

• Serve as the first point of contact for users, responding to daily platform queries.
• Document issues and collaborate with external providers to resolve them.
• Train new users and support change management when updates or new features roll out.

   Platform Testing & Implementation

• Participate in testing and validating new functionalities (UAT, regression tests).
• Support configuration and deployment of platforms for upcoming projects.
• Contribute to system documentation, quality checks, and testing logs.

   Operational Coordination & Improvement

• Work with internal teams to ensure tools meet operational needs during events.
• Gather user feedback, track platform performance, and suggest enhancements.
• Promote consistent and effective use of digital tools across departments.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years' experience in platform administration, IT coordination, or digital product support (event or project environment a plus).
• Understanding of web platforms, databases, and data management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and ability to clearly document results.
• Ability to communicate smoothly between non-technical users and development teams.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
