ENTER THE GAME

The company is undergoing a strategic transformation driven by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This transformation aims to deliver value across products, processes, and productivity while anticipating future GenAI-driven changes.

As a Gen AI Product Expert, you will be embedded within one of our product tribes (such as Sportsbetting, Casino, Poker, Turf), acting as a GenAI specialist and catalyst for innovation. Your mission: identify and validate impactful GenAI opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the most promising ideas to life.

You'll be the go-to person for GenAI within your tribe, especially driving exploration, feasibility, and alignment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Lead the GenAI Discovery phase

· Own the discovery phase of GenAI initiatives: identify use cases, kpis, evaluate feasibility, and collaborate on go/no-go decisions with product, design, tech, and data teams.

· Work functionally within your tribe, reporting to the Tribe Head of Product, while also reporting to the Lead Product GenAI to align with global strategy and roadmap.

· Act as the GenAI expert in your team, guiding the tribe on when and how to integrate GenAI into new or existing initiatives, by deeply understanding the business and customer challenges of the tribe(s).

· Proactively suggest GenAI opportunities, organize ideation sessions or workshops, and bring inspiration from other industries or companies.

· Collaborate with a dedicated technical GenAI Solution Architect to shape POCs and understand technical constraints.

Support During Delivery Phase

· Support product teams during delivery — ensuring that GenAI solutions remain feasible and valuable throughout development.

· Monitor projects until their production release and evaluate their business impact.

Engage with the GenAI team and community

· Conduct benchmarks and monitor the GenAI landscape, keeping the team informed of emerging trends and tools.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

· You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, computer science, or a related field.

· You have at least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product management or an equivalent role, with experience in projects involving artificial intelligence solutions.

· You have good knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and discovery frameworks. It's a plus il you are familiar with the "Discovery Discipline" methodology.

· You have hands-on experience with GenAI or data-related projects and are familiar with its tools, models, and ecosystem.

· You are comfortable working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships with product, design, data, and tech teams.

· You have strong interpersonal and communication skills: you can lead conversations, facilitate workshops, and connect easily with different profiles.

· You possess an innovative mindset focused on learning, collaboration, and impact — more than rigid processes or titles.

· You have ability to be an inspiring ambassador within the tribe and to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· You are curious and have an interest in emerging technologies and the ability to identify their added value in products.

· And finally, you are fluent in spoken and written English and French mandatory.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Elodie within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes). We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
• You will meet Elisabeth – Lead Product Manager GenAI, your future manager.
• You will prepare a Use Case.
• You will meet Arnaud – Head of GenAi Program, Thomas - Chief Experience Officer and a Director of Product.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
