Responsabilités

Production :

  • Mise en place des différents ingrédients et préparation pour la cuisine
  • Réaliser les préparations de la carte
  • Installer les produits dans les vitrines libre-service
  • Respecter les standards de qualité des produits Sushi Shop, les normes et procédures d'hygiène alimentaire
  • Nettoyage et entretien des locaux et du matériel
  • Gestion et contrôle de la réception des marchandises / réalisation des inventaires

Service client :

  • Ouverture & fermeture du point de vente
  • Garantir et gérer le bon déroulement des opérations au quotidien
  • Garantir une expérience client conforme aux standards Sushi Shop
  • Gestion de la caisse

Management :

  • Communication avec les équipes et le Manager
