Au sein de la Direction Digital, Data & IS, le Solution Owner prend en charge la mise en place, l'évolution et la pérennisation d'une solution dédiée à l'optimisation du processus
Source-to-Settle (S2S)
.
Ce périmètre couvre notamment les sous-processus
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
,
Source-to-Contract (S2C)
et
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
, ainsi que leur intégration au sein de l'écosystème IT existant.
Le poste intervient dans un contexte de transformation digitale incluant le déploiement international d'une solution de type
Coupa
.
Profil candidat:
Missions principales
A. Pilotage fonctionnel & expression des besoins
- Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers liés aux processus Achats & Finance.
- Rédiger et maintenir les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
- Garantir la cohérence entre besoins, contraintes techniques et solutions disponibles.
B. Conception, intégration & déploiement
- Participer aux activités « Build to Run » de la solution S2S.
- Contribuer au paramétrage technique, aux tests fonctionnels et aux recettes.
- Assurer l'intégration de la solution avec l'écosystème applicatif (ex. : SAP MM, MDM/EBX, ETL/Talend…).
- Suivre les interfaces inter-applicatives et coordonner les équipes techniques et partenaires externes.
C. Support, maintien en conditions opérationnelles & évolutions
- Assurer le support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs.
- Suivre les incidents et demandes via les outils ITSM (ex. : ServiceNow).
- Piloter les évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles en lien avec les centres de services.
