Dans le cadre du développement de notre practice Enterprise Networks, nous recrutons un(e) Manager.

Véritable référent(e) sur votre domaine, vous intervenez sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée pour nos clients Grands Comptes, tout en jouant un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la practice et l'accompagnement des consultants.

Vos missions

  1. Pilotage de missions de conseil

Vous intervenez simultanément sur plusieurs missions de conseil au forfait, en lien direct avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (CTO, CIO, directions métiers) autour de sujets tels que :

  • Transformation de réseaux WAN / SD-WAN
  • Optimisation de la connectivité Cloud
  • Architectures LAN / WLAN
  • Automatisation des infrastructures réseau
  • Réseaux Datacenter et Cloud public (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Réseaux mobiles privés

À ce titre, vous êtes amené(e) à :

  • Piloter et accompagner les consultants présents avec vous sur la mission
  • Organiser et co-animer des workshops, interviews, soutenances et restitutions clients
  • Construire et analyser des scénarios cibles
  • Élaborer des recommandations technico-économiques
  • Préparer des synthèses et restituer vos travaux auprès de comités de direction
  • Assurer le pilotage de projets complexes (planning, coordination des parties prenantes, reporting)
  • Réaliser des business cases, POC et piloter des appels d'offres

2.Rôle managérial

Management hiérarchique et accompagnement de 2 à 5 consultants dans le suivi de leur carrière :

  • Coaching, montée en compétences et structuration des équipes
  • Rôle de référent méthodologique et technique

3.Développement du cabinet

  • Contribution à la réflexion stratégique et à la construction des offres du cabinet
  • Participation active aux avant-ventes en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales
  • Veille technologique continue sur les acteurs et solutions du marché
  • Participation au pilotage et au développement de la practice Enterprise Network, aux côtés du responsable de domaine

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur, université ou formation équivalente)
  • Expérience significative dans le conseil en infrastructures IT / réseaux dans des environnements complexes
  • Expérience avérée dans le pilotage de missions de conseil
  • Solide capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, sens du service client
  • Langues : français et anglais courants indispensables.

Conditions & environnement de travail

Type de contrat : CDI

Localisation du poste : Puteaux

Télétravail : de 110 à 153j par an en fonction de votre temps de trajet

Rémunération :

  • Salaire (fixe + variable) à partir de 70k
  • PEE avec abondement à 100% de l'entreprise
