Junior Project Manager – Remote / Flexible Hours
We are currently seeking a highly motivated
Junior Project Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their project coordination and management skills in a professional, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking ongoing projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and updates
- Identify potential risks and support problem-solving with senior team members
- Maintain communication channels and ensure smooth project workflow
- Perform administrative and data management tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of project management principles (PMP is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
