We are looking for a Contract Engineer to join our team and oversee engine and sub-assembly overhaul projects for the nuclear sector.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure project profitability through effective project management.
  • Plan and schedule projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and nuclear safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, monitor milestones, and handle contractual administration (deliverables, invoicing, payments).
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze project risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
  • Coordinate supply of components and manage project amendments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Wärtsilä Group standards, processes, and safety requirements.
  • Follow closely the different steps with the workshop teams

What We're Looking For :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in a nuclear or highly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • French speaking (native) Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP is an advantage.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Contrat pour rejoindre notre équipe et superviser des projets de révision de moteurs et de sous-ensembles dans le secteur nucléaire.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Être l'interlocuteur principal du client et garantir la rentabilité du projet grâce à une gestion efficace.
  • Planifier et établir le calendrier des projets, en veillant au respect des exigences clients et des normes de sûreté nucléaire.
  • Gérer les budgets, suivre les jalons et assurer l'administration contractuelle (livrables, facturation, paiements).
  • Piloter les équipes projet transverses et coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Analyser les risques et opportunités du projet et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de mitigation.
  • Maintenir une relation client solide grâce à un suivi régulier et une communication proactive.
  • Coordonner l'approvisionnement des composants nécessaires et gérer les modifications du projet.
  • Garantir le respect strict des standards, processus et exigences de sécurité du Groupe Wärtsilä.
  • Assurer le suivi du projet en atelier avec les équipes techniques

Profil recherché :

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement dans un environnement nucléaire ou fortement réglementé.
  • Solides compétences en planification, budgétisation et gestion des risques.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transverses et à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes.
  • Francais et Maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Connaissance des systèmes ERP et de SAP appréciée.
