Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Supplier Performance Manager (SPM)
to join our team in Toulouse, France, on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in aerospace manufacturing and demonstrate strong capabilities in managing supplier performance, especially in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage supplier performance activities across assigned aerospace manufacturing suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Analyze production load and capacity to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and crisis situations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Monitor and report supplier KPIs, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers in areas such as electrical, chemical, or other specialized domains.
  • Ensure adherence to aeronautical standards and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Aeronautical experience
    in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven
    Supplier Performance Management (SPM)
    experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve
    crisis situations
    effectively.
  • Expertise in one or more
    specialties
    : Electrical, Chemical, or other technical domains (senior-level experience required).
  • Strong background in
    supplier auditing
    and
    quality assurance
    .
  • Proficiency in analyzing
    production load and capacity
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 aerospace suppliers.
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, EN9100).
