About The Opportunity

Procurement Program Coordinator
, you'll provide critical procurement and program management support to ensure ICT/digital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to contribute to a program that unifies patient information, enabling connected and safe care for every person in NSW.
In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate procurement and program management activities for ICT/digital projects.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to support delivery.
- Prepare reports and briefs to ensure accurate monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.
- Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project goals.
- Support timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of procurement and project objectives.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience supporting large, complex ICT/digital projects, including procurement coordination.
- Is highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Brings strong knowledge of project management processes, including risk and issue tracking.
- Excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships.
- Have a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
