About The Opportunity
As a Procurement Program Coordinator with Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program
, a landmark initiative transforming patient care statewide. As a
Procurement Program Coordinator
, you'll provide critical procurement and program management support to ensure ICT/digital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to contribute to a program that unifies patient information, enabling connected and safe care for every person in NSW.

In This Role, You Will

• Coordinate procurement and program management activities for ICT/digital projects.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to support delivery.
• Prepare reports and briefs to ensure accurate monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project goals.
• Support timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of procurement and project objectives.

About You
The successful candidate will:

• Have experience supporting large, complex ICT/digital projects, including procurement coordination.
• Is highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Brings strong knowledge of project management processes, including risk and issue tracking.
• Excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships.
• Have a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

• This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
