About the Data Program :

It is your trusted partner for advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. Its main goal is enabling people and gaining valuable insights from data. Following the mission to create business value at scale by leveraging data at the core of its decision-making along the value chain. It operates in close alignment with BGs, regions, and functions, and it continuously advances the analytics solutions and global setup to be effective and efficient.

Within GIT, the role of the Group Data Office & Digital Transformation is to lead the transformation across business functions and processes. The goal particularly includes implementing Data/AI/GenAI driven culture by fostering innovation, expertise and business satisfaction.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Your main missions will be to assist in the following areas/subjects:

• Contribute to the development of advanced use cases based on generative AI models and agentic AI.
• Benchmark the performance of the different foundation models for specific vision tasks
• Implement and test new ways to use LLMs and other models in the NLP ecosystem, considering the needs for scalability, maintenance, monitoring and compliance of AI use cases, among others.
• Upgrade existing Data Products or develop new ones as needed for business requirements.
• Integrate AI, automations and other advanced tools in the data products management lifecycle as much as possible

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• BAC+4/5, Engineer with robust background in data science, mathematics, statistics, physicsor related field (Grandes écoles d'ingénieur)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong knowledge in Machine Learning (NLP, embeddings, agentic AI, but also classification, regression, clustering methods)
• Strong knowledge in Python and PySpark
• First experience on one of the available ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, tensorflow/keras, etc)
• Familiar with Git and IDEs (such as pycharm, VS code)
• You enjoy communicating your findings in innovative and appealing ways
• You are autonomous, creative, and like taking initiative to test new ideas
• You are curious and determined to go the last mile
• You can learn on the fly and you like working in a team environment
