What will be your role ?

Join Schneider Electric Design team We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily.

Our Mission is to oversee internationally all digital design within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture in the company and to deploy the design system.

We create consistent, enjoyable and memorable experiences for our users.

We need to set in place a powerful design operation.

As a Design Ops joining Schneider Electric, you will contribute to bring the digital design to the next level. Your role will be key to put the design team at a high level of quality.

We are looking for passionate and innovative people who want to build B2B and B2C digital products for energy management with us

You will be responsible for :

Operational efficiencies\: Improving design team efficiency, collaboration, processes, and rituals, ease and improve collaboration and efficiency between designers, PMs and engineers.

Design Team Growth\: Enabling a healthy growth of our design team by building processes and tools to ease and empower our designers recruitment, onboarding and training. You will also facilitate team buildings and events to improve our design team cohesion, fulfillment, and happiness at work.

Quality & Impact\: You will be in charge of defining the right metrics to measure the impact of the Design team and production, internally and externally.

Culture & Advocacy: You will infuse design culture by putting the user at the center of all reflections. You will be a design advocate in the company and a design system advocate to promote the Schneider Electric digital ecosystem.

This job has been tailored for you if...

• You have at least 5 years of experience as product designer. With a strong experience of design systems and design teams collaboration (you have at least one significant experience leading, scaling or processing a design team).

• You are passionate about Product Design, Design Systems and processes, you are obsessed with automation and efficiency.

• You have strong analytical skills. You enjoy coordinating stakeholders and managing projects.

• You are proactive and are keen on sharing your thoughts and ideas for improvement.

• You have exceptional communication skills and a very strong team spirit. You enjoy collaboration, understanding other people's pain points and co-designing solutions for others.

• You are empathetic, humble, accessible and an educator. You enjoy explaining and sharing about your work.

• You are curious constantly watching and listening to new trends and new tools.

• You are fluent in English, speaking French is a plus.

• You are creative.

What to expect :

Full time position

Location \: Boston (USA) or Grenoble (France)

Remote (several days a week)

International trips to our design offices (Paris, Grenoble, Boston, Bangalore and more)
