English-Speaking Children's Activity Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of bilingual children's centres

Pari-Grandir offers a bilingual programme for children from 3 to 10 years old, on evenings after school, Wednesdays, and during school holidays.

About the role:

  • Leading fun activities in English (arts and crafts, theatre, sport, music, dance, games, science etc.). The materials are provided.

  • Assuring the children's physical and emotional wellbeing at all times

  • Caring for the children during informal time (snack time, free time etc.)

  • Supervising the children at the park and on outings

  • Actively participating in team meetings

  • Participating in the planning of the programmes

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English speaker (English level C1 or C2)

  • Experience working with children, preferably with groups of children

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility

  • Patience and reliability

Desireable Skills:

  • Childcare qualification (e.g. BAFA or equivalent)

  • Group management skills

  • First Aid certification

The position will start from next week.

The position is 32 hours per week annualised. You must have the right to work in France.
