To support this growth, we're looking for a
Content & Creative Production Intern
to join our Ads Creation engine and help us produce high-performing creatives for user acquisition.
Role overview
You'll be
at the heart of Hush's content machine
.
This internship is highly hands-on and performance-oriented. You'll create, edit, and iterate on video and visual assets used in
paid ads and organic social content
, mainly for the US market.
This is not a "school project" internship. You'll work on live campaigns, with real budgets, real data, and direct feedback from the Marketing team.
Key responsibilities
Video Creation (Top Priority)
- Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, both organic and paid.
- Write strong hooks, scripts and angles with a US-first mindset.
- Edit fast, test multiple variations, and iterate based on performance.
- Adapt creatives to key metrics such as watch time, hook rate, CTR and installs.
- Use AI tools to scale production, including editing, variations, UGC-style content, avatars, voice and A/B testing.

Creator & UGC Support
- Identify relevant US creators and content styles.
- Support simple and efficient creator collaborations.
- Help repurpose UGC content into high-performing ad formats.
- Assist in managing and organizing creative assets for ads.
Profile we're looking for
Your screen time is higher than all your friends and you're proud of it.
You're comfortable with or actively learning tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
You're curious about AI tools for content creation, editing, voice, avatars or remixing.
You understand US content codes, pacing, language and trends.
You're autonomous, fast, curious and eager to learn.
You want to learn how to
create content that actually converts
, not just content that looks good.
Fluent English is required.
