About Us & Position Summary

A forward-thinking brand specializing in innovative and inclusive shapewear, loungewear, and underwear is looking to enhance its team in France. We are seeking a Sales Associate for our corner at Le Bon Marché. This role involves both back-of-house/replenishment tasks and front-of-house selling, requiring dedication to customer service, a love for fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the pop-up shop.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, restock shelves as needed, and handle replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous retail experience.
  • Competence in stock room management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for the brand and its products.
