Poste:

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Implement and adapt global HR strategies to the French context.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership on people-related matters.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with the French Labor Code (Code du Travail) and relevant collective bargaining agreements.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Oversee legal aspects of employment including contracts (CDI, CDD), probation periods, and terminations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment efforts in accordance with anti-discrimination laws.
  • Manage pre-employment declarations (DPAE) and ensure proper documentation for foreign hires.
  • Design and execute onboarding programs that reflect French workplace norms.

Performance & Development

  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, talent mapping and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives aligned with French professional development standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll in compliance with SMIC (minimum wage) and overtime regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits including paid leave (minimum 5 weeks), sick leave, and parental rights.
  • Liaise with URSSAF and other bodies for social security contributions- where applicable.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Ensure workplace safety in line with French occupational health standards.
  • Promote employee wellbeing through local initiatives and support programs.

Responsabilités principales :

Stratégie et leadership RH

Mettre en œuvre et adapter les stratégies RH globales au contexte français.

Conseiller(ère) auprès du management local sur les questions relatives aux ressources humaines.

Promouvoir les initiatives de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion.

Relations sociales et conformité

Garantir la conformité au Code du travail français et aux conventions collectives applicables.

Gérer les relations sociales, notamment la résolution des conflits, les mesures disciplinaires et les procédures de réclamation.

Superviser les aspects juridiques de l'emploi, y compris les contrats (CDI, CDD), les périodes d'essai et les ruptures de contrat.

Acquisition et intégration des talents

Piloter les efforts de recrutement dans le respect de la législation anti-discrimination.

Gérer les déclarations préalables à l'embauche (DPAE) et garantir la documentation requise pour les recrutements étrangers.

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes d'intégration conformes aux normes du monde du travail français.

Performance et développement

Diriger les processus de gestion de la performance, y compris les entretiens d'évaluation, la cartographie des talents et les plans de développement.

Identifier les besoins en formation et coordonner les initiatives d'apprentissage alignées sur les standards français de développement professionnel.

Rémunération et avantages sociaux

Gérer la paie conformément au SMIC (salaire minimum légal) et à la réglementation sur les heures supplémentaires.

Gérer les avantages sociaux, notamment les congés payés (minimum 5 semaines), les congés maladie et les droits parentaux.

Assurer la liaison avec l'URSSAF et les autres organismes compétents pour les cotisations de sécurité sociale, le cas échéant.

Garantir la sécurité au travail conformément aux normes françaises en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
