The Data Center Physical Security Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the physical security management system to ensure the safety and integrity of the data center.

Responsibilities

  • Security System Implementation

    • Drive the adoption of the physical security management system across data center operations, facilities, and related teams.
  • Training and Drills

    • Enhance the security team's capabilities through regular training, drills, and testing programs.
  • Risk Management

    • Perform comprehensive security inspections to identify potential risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Incident and Event Support

    • Ensure effective security control measures during major events or incidents.

Qualifications

  • Education

    • Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification in Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience

    • At least 3 years of total work experience, including 1 year in security-related roles within property management or similar industries.
  • Language Skills

    • Proficiency in both the local language and Chinese.

Required Skills

  • Security Knowledge

    • Understanding of personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response protocols.
  • Communication Skills

    • Clear articulation, logical thinking, and effective expression.
  • Collaboration Abilities

    • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Management

    • Basic project and daily task management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • • Experience in data center or critical facility security operations.
  • • Formal certification in security management or related fields.
  • • Proven ability to manage security projects independently.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary is around thirty-five hundred euros.
