We are seeking a talented mid-level Graphic Designer fluent in French and English to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across print, web, and animation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute designs for print, web, and animated projects.
• Manage projects from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with our team to align designs with strategic goals.
• Stay updated on new design technologies and trends, incorporating them into projects.
• Deliver visually compelling work that resonates with diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Language: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with other design tools.
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of new technology design (AI tools, web design platforms, etc.).
• Strategy: Understanding of design strategy and its impact on brand development.
• Soft Skills: Highly creative, reactive, and able to adapt to client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience across print, web, and animation projects.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience working in bilingual (French/English) environments, preferably in a multicultural or international context.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI) and other emerging technologies.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations for multimedia projects.

Strategic and Creative Skills:

• Strong grasp of design strategy and the ability to align creative work with business objectives.
• Exceptional creative thinking, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to translate client needs and branding goals into compelling visual concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• High emotional intelligence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
