Au sein d'un grand groupe en pleine transformation, vous intégrez l'équipe Openstack pour relever un challenge stratégique : la refonte et l'industrialisation du socle Cloud Privé.

L'environnement est composé de plusieurs plateformes OpenStack déployées par vagues successives. L'objectif est d'unifier ces infrastructures en une plateforme socle résiliente multi-sites, destinée à devenir l'hébergeur principal des clusters Kubernetes du groupe à l'échelle internationale.

Vos Responsabilités

Leadership Technique & Coaching : Véritable mentor, vous assurez la montée en compétences d'une équipe composée de profils internes. Vous guidez les choix d'architecture, challengez les solutions et sécurisez le delivery.

Ingénierie de pointe : Vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et l'évolution des plateformes OpenStack dans un environnement critique fonctionnant en 24/7.

Stockage Haute Disponibilité : Vous pilotez l'administration et l'optimisation des clusters Ceph pour garantir la résilience et l'intégrité des données.

Industrialisation & Transition : Vous accélérez l'automatisation via Ansible et préparez activement le socle pour l'arrivée massive de Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Documentation & Gouvernance : Vous êtes garant de la documentation technique (DAT/DEX) et de la transmission des connaissances pour éviter toute perte d'expertise.

Profil Recherché

Expertise OpenStack Confirmée : Vous n'êtes pas seulement opérationnel, vous êtes un leader naturel capable de maîtriser les composants clés (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone) sur différentes versions du produit.

Culture DevOps & Tools : Maîtrise d'Ansible (AWX/Tower). Une expérience avec Jira et Jenkins est indispensable pour s'intégrer dans les cycles de delivery du groupe.

Infrastructures Critiques : Expérience solide en virtualisation et gestion de Cloud Privé à forte criticité.

Soft Skills : Leadership affirmé, capacité à guider et prendre des décisions, écoute et pédagogie pour tirer l'équipe vers le haut.

Langues : Un bon niveau d'anglais est apprécié pour évoluer dans un contexte d'intégration internationale (groupe Kindred).

Séniorité : Expert senior (plus de 6-10 ans d'expérience).

Conditions de Mission

Durée : Visibilité longue (6 mois renouvelables, projets structurants prévus sur 2026).

Localisation : Marseille

Mode de travail : Hybride (3 jours sur site / 2 jours télétravail).

Disponibilité : Démarrage idéalement courant premier trimestre 2026.

Contraintes : Environnement 24/7, des astreintes peuvent être à prévoir.
