Au sein d?une squad organisée en binôme avec un Product Manager et un Product Designer, vous contribuez à la conception et à l?amélioration continue des parcours utilisateurs.

Votre rôle consiste à comprendre en profondeur les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes afin de définir et concevoir des solutions digitales à forte valeur ajoutée.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Identifier les besoins produit et utilisateur, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes, et définir le périmètre d?intervention.

Définir les personas sur la base d?interviews utilisateurs, de focus groups ou de questionnaires.

Concevoir et optimiser les parcours utilisateurs en vous assurant de leur cohérence et de leur fluidité.

Structurer ou repenser l?architecture de l?information, notamment via des méthodes de card sorting.

Animer des ateliers d?idéation (Crazy 8, Six-to-One?) afin de générer des solutions innovantes.

Réaliser des wireframes avec des outils tels que Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD ou Axure.

Créer des prototypes interactifs via InVision, Marvel App, Craft, Flinto, Principle, FramerJS, Origami?

Préparer, conduire et analyser des tests utilisateurs, puis itérer selon les résultats.

Rédiger des recommandations d?optimisation UX/UI et suivre leur mise en ?uvre.

Collaborer au quotidien avec les Product Managers, développeurs, testeurs et l'ensemble des parties prenantes.

Profil candidat:

Expérience confirmée en UX/UI design, idéalement au sein d?équipes Agile/Scrum.

Maîtrise des outils de conception : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure?

Compétences en prototypage (InVision, Marvel, Principle, FramerJS?).

Capacité à analyser et exploiter les KPI, la data et les retours utilisateurs pour orienter les décisions.

Bonne connaissance des méthodologies UX (recherche utilisateur, ateliers, tests, architecture de l'information?).

Connaissance ou sensibilité aux design tokens et à la gestion de systèmes de design.

Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à fédérer et à travailler en équipe.

Rigueur, curiosité, créativité et sens du détail.
