Job Description
:

We are seeking a Senior Experimental Research Physicist with a passion for discovery and innovation to lead experimental research on RF systems, electromechanical devices applied to novel power generation. This key role involves designing and overseeing complex experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating across disciplines to advance technology on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, oversee, and optimize experimental protocols for RF(radio frequency) systems, high-voltage devices, electric motors, coils, and plasma technologies
• Analyze experimental data and collaborate with the scientific team to plan subsequent iterations of experiments
• Mentor and guide junior physicists and engineers, fostering collaboration between static, motor
• Identify and propose new experimental techniques and technologies to enhance device performance
• Ensure experimental safety and compliance with industrial and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate experimental results into practical applications

Requirements
Required Profile :

• Degree: Ph.D. in Physics
• Fluency in English is imperative, French is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years in experimental physics, with proven expertise in RF systems, electromechanical systems
• Ability to work on multidisciplinary and complex research projects
• Strong analytical skills and scientific rigor

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with high-voltage and high-frequency experimental setups
• Experience mentoring and developing junior researchers
