YOUR ROLE

As part of our digital transformation, the Group Purchasing Department is strengthening its skills in data management and utilisation. We are looking for a Data Analyst intern to support our teams in improving data quality and developing high value-added management tools.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  1. Improving and ensuring the reliability of purchasing data

  2. Checking, cleaning and enriching data (suppliers, contracts, categories, purchases, etc.).

  3. Implement and monitor management rules to harmonise data at Group level.
  4. Participate in projects to complete and structure reference systems.

  5. Contribute to providing reliable data for internal users.

  6. Analysis and reporting

  7. Perform ad hoc numerical analyses for purchasing teams (spend analysis, segmentation, etc.).

  8. Design, update and optimise dashboards for buyers and management (Qlick Sense/Excel).

  9. Participate in the automation of existing reports to improve team efficiency.

  10. Contribution to digital transformation projects

  11. Contribute to cross-functional projects: deployment of SRM, contract management tools, document digitisation, etc.

  12. Ensure proper data integration into new purchasing tools.
  13. Collaborate with IT, Data and Purchasing teams to improve processes and data flows.

Profile description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 programme at a business or engineering school, specialising in data analysis, business intelligence or statistics, with a genuine interest in data and tools.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (international exchanges).
  • You have good data handling skills: advanced Excel, Power BI (or equivalent), knowledge of SQL is appreciated.
  • An understanding of the purchasing world is a plus.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable communicating with all types of people in English or French.
  • Your rigour, dynamism, team spirit and appetite for digital environments will enable you to easily adapt to this supportive team.
