LOCATION

Internship based at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92), France.

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the Group Procurement Department and reporting to the Sustainable Procurement and Tools Manager, you will assist in driving actions aligned with the Group's Responsible Procurement Policy and the evolution of the Procurement Information System.

Your main missions will include:

• As part of the Responsible Procurement initiative, animating the international network of Sustainable Procurement correspondents through dedicated content and tools, contributing to the analysis of performance indicators, and highlighting the sustainability initiatives of procurement teams.
• Participating in enhancing the Supplier Risk Management framework (Sustainability, Compliance): updating databases, tools, methodologies, and risk mappings.
• In collaboration with the SAP BPO and digitalization team, contributing to the development of the digital reporting tool for monitoring procurement performance indicators, as well as supporting projects related to the evolution of our procurement information system.
• Developing or updating reference procurement documents with stakeholders to optimize the use and mastery of available tools for buyers.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student at a Bachelor +4 or Bachelor +5 level (Master's degree equivalent) in a top business school or university, either in your final stages of study or on a gap year. You have prior experience in a corporate environment, ideally in procurement and/or sustainability.Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate enthusiasm, strong analytical skills, effective oral and written communication, and an awareness of sustainable development challenges.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Office Suite with strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Power BI) is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory

WHAT BEL OFFERS YOU

Compensation: Between €1,250 and €1,350 gross (based on educational level)

Transportation: Monthly reimbursement of 65% for public transport
