A house of artisanal tradition, Goyard is a French leather goods manufacturer, trunk maker and luggage maker, which has always been keen to assert an identity combining craftsmanship and respect for traditions. A constantly reiterated desire for excellence, crowned by two centuries of existence.

As part of our digital transformation, we have deployed major CRM initiatives since 2022, notably with SFSC and SFMC. Our clienteling application, integrated with SFSC and used across all our counters worldwide, now plays a central role in the sales ceremony and in supporting our teams.

Within a team of around twenty collaborators, the CRM Project Manager drives the evolution and performance of this strategic ecosystem. They translate business needs into concrete solutions, coordinate all stakeholders : suppliers, business teams, internal clients and technicians and ensure the consistency and reliability of our tools in a rapidly accelerating environment.

Missions :

  • Define business needs and product functionalities in line with technical and legal constraints
  • Develop functional specifications and requirement documents
  • Contribute to solution selection and anticipate the resources required (human, technical, financial)
  • Organize project tasks and oversee their execution
  • Lead internal and external teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow with business teams
  • Participate in and monitor the testing phase as well as production deployment
  • Write user documentation
  • Configure Salesforce (Salesforce Console, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud)
  • Support users through change and deliver training
  • Analyze, monitor and resolve issues and enhancement requests

Profile :

You are an experienced Project Manager, holding a Master's degree (Bac +4/5 equivalent), with at least four years of experience in project management using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Comfortable in an international environment, you understand the specificities of the luxury retail sector or distribution networks, and you have already led retail, marketing or CRM projects, ideally within a Y2 context. Experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of IT application flows are highly valued.

Autonomous, curious and versatile, you excel in analysis, synthesis, negotiation and in anticipating technical challenges. Your listening skills, pedagogical approach, ability to take a step back and pragmatic mindset enable you to work effectively within a team and propose relevant solutions. You manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate strong prioritization skills and thrive in a demanding luxury environment.

Fluency in English is essential for this role.
