Do you have (C2)- level French and ready for a new adventure under the Portuguese sun? Were looking for enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.
Whether its answering a call with a smile or solving a tricky problem, youll be the go-to person for our French-speaking customers all while living your best Mediterranean life in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
What You'll Do
Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions
Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Your Schedule
Monday to Sunday
07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage
