Contexte

Nous avons la chance d'avoir un réseau de plus de 2 millions de membres, qui est en croissance, ce qui crée des défis techniques passionnants : scalabilité, sécurité, évolution produit, accessibilité, etc. Nous avons pour ambition d'utiliser les dernières technologies pour démultiplier l'impact de nos fonctionnalités et de notre plateforme.

Notre équipe technique, actuellement de plus de 35 personnes, est notamment répartie au sein de différentes équipes autonomes :

  • Team Annonces

  • Team Membres

  • Team Profils Pro & Immo

  • Team Vacation & Booking

  • Team Plateforme

Chaque équipe produit est constituée d'un Engineering Manager, d'un Product Manager, d'un Product Designer et de développeurs back et front.

Pour accompagner notre vision et faire concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités avec qualité et rapidité à nos membres, nous souhaitons nous appuyer sur des profils très séniors, Individual Contributor. C'est pour cela que nous souhaitons recruter un Staff App Engineer (F/M).

Missions principales

Véritable bras armé de notre CTO, ton rôle principal est d'assurer la bonne réalisation de projets stratégiques, aussi bien produit que transverse. Dans ce cadre, tu es plus particulièrement en charge de :

  • Participer à un produit et une stack technique et s'assurer qu'elle soit aux standards AAA

  • Gérer le high intensity quand nécessaire / les projets les plus complexes

  • … le tout sur un périmètre extrêmement large (centaines de milliers de gens impactés)

    Pour ce faire, tu te distingues par ta capacité à :

    • Multiplier ton impact en travaillant sur des sujets transverses tech et d'architecture globale

    • Etre proche des équipes tech et produits, les inspirer et les faire monter en compétences

    • Saisir les opportunités de partager ton expérience et approfondir les sujets avec les autres membres de l'équipe tech

    • Etre attentif à ce qui fait la réussite de l'équipe et ce qui fait ses difficultés

    • Etre proactif quant à la définition de tes objectifs et de tes priorités pour maximiser ton impact pour GDC

    • Avoir une bonne compréhension business pour nous aider à mettre en oeuvre les solutions les plus adaptées
