The Role
Reporting to a senior executive committee member, the Group Communication and Change Director will be responsible for:
- Defining and deploying a group internal communication strategy, aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives
- Translating strategic decisions and complex projects into clear, structured and actionable messages for different internal audiences
- Supporting change management initiatives, with a strong focus on adoption, behaviours and cultural evolution
- Working closely with HR / People & Culture and senior leaders to accompany managers during transformation phases
- Ensuring consistency and coherence of communication across countries while allowing for local adaptation
- Leading and developing a small, international communication team
- Overseeing corporate and institutional communication topics, including executive communications and selected external messaging
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring direct involvement in key messages, narratives and strategic communications.
Key Challenges
- Supporting major transformation programs (digital, organizational, cultural)
- Driving alignment and collaboration in a multi-country, matrix organization
- Helping embed a more customer-centric, collaborative and change-ready culture
- Strengthening internal communication capabilities and practices at group level
