Job responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

  • Screen resumes and application forms where needed

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed, support on all CoreHR administrational tasks

  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

  • Support in organizing on-boarding. All tasks are not limited to the above.

  • Support in organizing meetings/agendas for the VP or HR/ HR Director Studio & Ateliers where needed

Profile

  • Internship 100% in Englih

  • Familiarity with CoreHR and any internal databases

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

  • Organizational skills

  • Basics in Human Resources Management or similar field

  • A flexibile and agile mindset

6 month, starting in January or March 2026.
