FIG Snr Associate-SVP at a US Investment Bank - Paris
A leading US Investment Bank is looking to add a candidate between the Senior Associate to SVP level into its FIG Investment Banking team in Paris.
This is an established international firm that has been increasing its presence across Europe strategically which provides the chance to add value in a leaner structure. The firm is noted for having access to a strong deal flow thanks to its extensive network of industry clients across Europe. It is also reputable for maintaining a balanced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment in a boutique style.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the execution of live mandates in the FIG/FinTech space
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
- Integral support for senior bankers in the origination of projects with the view to take lead in this area once proven within the team
- Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
- Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time experience in M&A/Investment Banking
- FIG/FinTech Investment Banking expertise is essential
- Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
- Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
- Fluency in French is needed
