Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining the Asset Services Department within the Expertise team composed of 3 employees for a 6-month internship starting from March 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Real Estate Appraisals Campaign (quarterly / semi-annual periodicity according to the companies managed):
  • Information collection;
  • Organization of meetings;
  • Analysis of valuation projects;
  • Active participation in valuation meetings with external real estate experts and asset managers (and fund managers), with writing a report;
  • Monitoring and validation of values and drafting valuation notes.
  • Reporting of Asset Management Activity: monitoring of main indicators.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control or Real Estate or Audit.

You are rigorous.

You like to work in a transverse.

You are recognized by your strong appetite for real estate.

You possess good writing qualities.

You have excellent interpersonal skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
