Missions**

: En tant que HR Officer à temps partagé tu interviens chez plusieurs clients SMASH en même temps (entre 3 et 5 généralement

).Tu deviens ainsi le 1er rempart entre l'équipe dirigeante et les collaborateurs en binôme avec un HR Manager ou Chief People Officer. Dans la plupart des cas tu es seul(e) chez le client, intégré(e) comme si tu étais son HR Officer à temps plein. Tu dois donc parfaitement comprendre son activité et sa culture d'entrepri

Ton rôle est de conseiller et d'apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes sur toutes les problématiques
