Role Description

This is a contract role for an Independent Consultant, located on-site in Porto-Vecchio. The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and support tailored to client needs, conducting in-depth market analyses, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the business. Additional responsibilities may include project management, preparation of reports, and delivering actionable recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform market research and data analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Project management and organizational skills to ensure successful project outcomes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on-site
• Prior experience or understanding of real estate, business consulting, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is beneficial
• Strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
