Staff Engineer / Engineering Manager
pour piloter
plusieurs équipes de développement
et accompagner la montée en maturité de l'organisation engineering.

Le poste est
rattaché directement au VP Engineering
et joue un rôle clé d'interface entre
vision technique, delivery et organisation des équipes
.

Rôle

Positionné comme un
profil tech senior / mini-CTO de périmètre
, vous intervenez sur :

  • le pilotage de plusieurs équipes de développeurs en parallèle
  • l'alignement technique et opérationnel avec le VP Engineering
  • la qualité, la cohérence et la scalabilité des solutions développées

Rôle
moyennement hands-on
: vous n'êtes pas dans l'exécution quotidienne, mais capable d'intervenir techniquement sur les sujets critiques.

Responsabilités principales

  • Piloter et structurer plusieurs équipes de développement
  • Travailler en collaboration directe avec le VP Engineering
  • Définir et faire appliquer les standards de développement et de delivery
  • Garantir la qualité du code, la maintenabilité et la fiabilité des produits
  • Arbitrer les priorités techniques et organisationnelles
  • Accompagner les Tech Leads et développeurs seniors
  • Porter les sujets transverses : dette technique, performance, sécurité

Profil recherché

  • Profil tech senior avec expérience de leadership sur plusieurs équipes de dev
  • Solide culture technique (architecture, bonnes pratiques de développement)
  • Capacité à structurer, prioriser et décider
  • Très bon relationnel avec des interlocuteurs techniques et produit
  • À l'aise dans une posture de référent technique transverse
