Overview
We are seeking our new
C/C++ Developer
to join the Axway team to help us enhance
Axway Transfer CFT
on
IBM z/OS mainframe
systems.

You will join an agile team applying the best software development practices: quality first, continuous delivery, Kanban, pair programming, and more.

As part of a feature team, you will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
*You will:*

  • Be passionate about designing elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding new features and technical choices

  • Imagine, design, and develop new features as part of a team, from A to Z:

  • Brainstorming to define solutions

  • Creating technical prototypes when needed
  • Prototyping UI components when required
  • Writing and estimating User Stories

  • Designing and developing code as well as automated tests

  • Write technical documentation in both French and English

  • Improve the tools we use daily for development and testing
  • Be proficient in C and C++
  • Master the IBM z/OS operating system
  • Be experienced in developing applications for IBM z/OS
  • Be familiar (to varying degrees) with some of the following technologies: RACF, Assembler, IPC, TCP, sockets, REST APIs, TLS, PKI, React, Python, Docker, Git
