Job Summary:

The Country Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of Shaktiman in France. This role involves assisting the Country Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for agriculture and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in France.
  • Support the Country Sales Manager in identifying potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive landscape in the agricultural machinery sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of Shaktiman's products.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and marketing campaigns tailored to the French market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to inform future product improvements and innovations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff and dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or machinery sector, is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural landscape in France, including customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
