Zur Unterstützung der Kommunikation unserer Marken suchen wir einen Communications Project Manager (m/w/d) mit Sitz in Ulm (Deutschland) oder Toulouse (Frankreich). 



Deine Aufgaben

Mit kreativen Ideen gestaltest du die externe Markenkommunikation für WICONA, TECHNAL, SAPA und DOMAL und bringst Impulse für unsere internationalen Märkte ein. 

Als Teil eines globalen Teams aus Content-Managern, Digital-Expert: innen und Designer:innen bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen lokalen Business-Units, zentralen Entwicklungs- und Designteams sowie dem Management. 

Kommunikationsprojekte über digitale Kanäle wie Web, Mobile und E-Marketing werden von dir konzipiert, koordiniert und gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Agenturen umgesetzt. 

Du erkennst frühzeitig Kommunikationsbedarfe, definierst klare Ziele und leitest Workshops zur Content-Entwicklung. 

Projekt- und Statusmeetings gehören ebenso zu deinem Alltag wie die Überwachung von Zeitplänen und die Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung. 

Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass relevanter und wirkungsvoller Content für Kund:innen und lokale Kommunikationsteams weltweit verfügbar ist.  Dein Profil

Masterabschluss (oder gleichwertig, Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Kommunikation oder International Business 

3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung inkl. Praxisphasen (z. B. duales Studium, Praktika, Volontariate) 

Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung 

Sicher in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern über verschiedene Kanäle 

Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher 

Versiert im Umgang mit verschiedenen CMS-Plattformen, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) und gutes Verständins für Webstandards, Figma, Pardot von Vorteil

Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Zeitmanagement 

Kreativ, lösungsorientiert und innovationsfreudig 

Technisch versiert, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
