Job Purpose: To independently and reliably perform antibody formulation activities, support laboratory operations, maintain equipment's, and contribute to R&D or production activities within an innovative start-up environment.

Reporting to: R&D scientists, Project managers

Major Responsibilities:

1) Antibody Formulation & Experimental Work

  • Perform pharmaceutical formulation experiments and analysis.
  • Execute, optimize, and follow established protocols (SOPs).
  • Accurately document experimental procedures, results, deviations, and conclusions.
  • Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement.

2) Equipment Maintenance & IT Support

  • Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipments.
  • Ensure proper operation, calibration follow-up, and traceability of instruments.
  • Manage laboratory software tools.
  • Provide basic IT and technical support within the lab environment.

Minimum Skills :

  • Diploma: Bachelor's degree (Licence, Bac +3) minimum in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Immunology, or related field or IUT or equivalent laboratory technical degree accepted. Master's degree considered a plus, but not required.
  • Good command of English and French (spoken and written). Ability to effectively work, perform and communicate within a multi-disciplinary, international team is essential.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic laboratory environment. Ensure strict adherence to protocols while being proactive in problem-solving.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or a regulated environment.
  • Experience in protein or antibody formulation is highly desirable.
  • Team player with clear communication skills.
