Pour un accueil periscolaire situé à Lévignen dans l'Oise , nous recherchons
un(e) animateur(trice) Périscolaire
en CDI temps partiel.

Missions
(Activités et tâches)
–
Accueil des enfants et des familles
: Créer un climat de confiance et de convivialité pour favoriser une adaptation en douceur des enfants.

–
Encourager la participation active des enfants
et favoriser leur développement social, physique et intellectuel

–
Encadrement éducatif
: Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des activités adaptées aux besoins et aux intérêts des enfants

–
Suivi individuel
: Observer et accompagner le développement de chaque enfant, en respectant son rythme et ses besoins spécifiques.

–
Travail d'équipe
: Collaborer avec l'équipe pédagogique pour assurer une continuité éducative

–
Communiquer :
régulièrement avec les parents sur les activités proposées et le progrès des enfants

–
Hygiène et sécurité
: Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité au quotidien.

Profil
Savoir

• Maitriser les techniques d'animation adaptés par groupe d'Age
• Proposer et adapter les animations en lien avec le projet pédagogique de la structure.
• Mettre en place un répertoire d'activités variées en lien avec les spécificités du public.
• Animer chaque moment d'animation auprès des enfants/ et ou jeunes

Diplômes

• Brevet d'Aptitudes aux Fonctions de l'Animateur (BAFA), ou équivalent obligatoire.
• Expérience souhaitée dans l'animation ou structure d'accueil de la petite enfance.
