Job summary
As a Transformation Consultant, you will support client transformation initiatives by working alongside Principle Transformation Consultants and Delivery teams. You'll help ensure smooth project execution, contribute to high-quality deliverables, and learn how to guide organizations through business and IT transformation journeys. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop consulting skills, gain exposure to senior client stakeholders, and build expertise in transformation & change methodologies and the Atlassian ecosystem. We are ideally looking for someone based in Paris. You will report to the Transformation Consulting Director.

Things you will be working on:
Solution Design & Value Creation - Co-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g., Cloud, ITSM); - Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions and project scopes; - Contribute to building reusable approaches, templates, or frameworks (e.g., for ITSM transformation, cloud migration).
Change Management & Communication - Support clients in their change journey by preparing communication materials, workshops, and training sessions. - Help identify potential adoption challenges and propose ways to address them. - Translate complex technical or process changes into clear, engaging messages for different audiences. - Contribute to stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
Client Partnership & Engagement Delivery - Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives; - Understand clients' business goals and align solutions based on the Atlassian stack and related technologies; - Support delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction; - Contribute to the coordination and success of transformation projects, focusing on measurable business value.
Business Development & Account Growth - Support strategic planning and proposal efforts in close collaboration with sales and senior consultants; - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts; - Help develop go-to-market assets that position our capabilities in a clear and compelling way.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Act as a sparring partner for contributing to knowledge growth and professional development; - Share market and client insights internally to enhance offering development and delivery practices.

Do you have what it takes to be a Transformation Consultant :
You bring a minimum of 10y of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to business or IT transformation topics. You have a proven track record of managing client relationships and contributing to account growth. You have a strong interest in change management, communication, and user adoption, and you are eager to further develop your expertise in these areas.
With excellent communication skills in both English and French—whether written, verbal, or through presentations—you know how to structure information clearly and engage diverse stakeholders.
While not necessarily an expert, you're familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies.
You've worked with cross-functional teams and know how to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
