We are looking for a
Backup and Storage Engineer with CEPH
to join our
Infrastructure team
in
Strasbourg.

Your role:

  • Administration and support of
    CEPH storage clusters and OpenShift Data Foundation environments.
  • Administration and Troubleshooting of infrastructure and storage solutions based on HP hardware for physical and virtual environments issues.
  • Implement and operate systems and storage-related software providing shared services;
  • Implement systems and storage performance tuning and analysis;
  • Produce and maintain systems and storage technical documentation and operational procedures;
  • Produce availability, backup and recovery designs and schedules;
  • Daily monitoring and operation of backup jobs, ensuring completion and troubleshooting failures.
  • Incident resolution within agreed SLAs and escalation when required.
  • Provide operational support to internal teams and external partners.

Your profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (Backup/Storage Engineer).
  • Experience in administration and support of CEPH storage clusters and OpenShift Data Foundation environments
  • Fluent English
  • You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality is required)
    .
