We are creating a next-generation Core Insurance Platform, designed to empower insurers & brokers to rapidly deploy innovative products, significantly reducing time-to-market and operational costs. Think of it as the "Shopify for Insurance", enabling a new era of agility in the insurance industry.

We raised a 5m€ seed round in Sept. 2024 with Ventech, ****following a 2m€ pre-seed in Nov. 2022 with 360Capital. We are thriving and hiring across engineering roles.

 Our Product

We are building a new generation of Core Insurance Platform, designed for the rapid launch of insurance products.

Core Insurance Platform ? The software used to create, operate and modify insurance policies. So highly technical and very important - basically you cannot innovate in insurance without a high quality Core Insurance Platform.

You can have all the chatbots, mobile apps, AI models and fancy stuff but it is all useless if your core platform is legacy

 What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineer at Korint

Lead complex projects to deliver significant impact to our business

Set direction for critical technical surface areas, enabling us to stay ahead of continued growth

Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure leveraging modern frameworks and tooling

Work with talented and motivated engineers to make a significant impact for our customers

Contribute to building Korint's engineering culture as we grow.

We are looking for Product-oriented Engineers. You must be willing to dig into our product / business.

 How to be successful in this role

Have an interest in crafting software you are proud of

Have at least 5 years of industry experience

Have played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects

Have a professional experience with Node + Typescript + NestJS + React

Have experience building and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistent UI components and adherence to design standards across the application

Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritises a bias for action

Contribute to building Korint's engineering culture as we grow

For this role, **the salary range spans from 65k€ to 75k€ (+10% bonus based on company results) and a large amount of BSPCE**, depending on experience

Backend: NestJS on a mix of monolith/microservices with Event Sourcing pattern

Databases: Postgres, Redis

Frontend: React, Shadcn, Tailwind, Playwright

Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Docker

Dev Tools: Trunk (CI), Lumigo (Observability), BetterStack (Incident), Posthog (analytics)

General tools: Github, Linear, Notion & Slack

CTO Interview This is an opportunity to confirm your deep expertise and ensure alignment on your career goals and our expectations.

On-site Interviews Join us in person to meet the team. You will work with your machine to solve a problem, with all the tools you need (AI is more than welcome). We will also ask you theoretical questions on our tech stack.

CEO Interview This is where we re-ensure alignment with our vision and values.
