Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in Cardiovascular Research of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience. They should have a good command of English and Chinese; excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; appropriate level of IT proficiency such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or database management. Experience on management software would be an advantage. They should also be self-motivated; attentive to details; and a good team player.

The appointee will provide a full spectrum of administrative support to Cardiology clinical research team in various areas including general office administration, human resources, finance administration, secretarial support and meeting organization; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
