Aircall is looking for a highly motivated
Product Marketing Intern
to support the go-to-market strategy and execution for
AI Voice Agent
- one of Aircall's most exciting and fastest-growing products.
In this role, you'll work directly with a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) and partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Growth teams. You'll contribute to feature launches, sales enablement, and adoption initiatives, helping turn product capabilities into clear customer value.
This role is ideal for a sharp, creative, and data-driven self-starter with strong communication skills, natural project-management instincts, high empathy for how people think, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives—regardless of prior marketing experience. You'll gain hands-on experience bringing a high-impact AI product to market and experimenting with how launches, enablement, and messaging drive adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of feature launches for AI Voice Agent, including launch planning, asset coordination, and cross-functional readiness.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of launch materials such as messaging briefs, release notes, and key assets.
- Help ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped with clear, accurate, and up-to-date messaging, marketing collateral, and enablement materials
- Assist with onboarding and adoption initiatives, including in-app messaging, email campaigns, and educational content.
- Help gather feedback from Sales, CS, and customers to identify friction points in adoption and inform future improvements.
- Conduct lightweight competitive and market research and help synthesize insights into clear takeaways for the PMM and Product teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and wider team to execute day-to-day PMM priorities, such as updating planning documentation and reporting on launch performance and adoption metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus but not required)
- Strong creativity and structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive team player
- Curious and eager to learn about SaaS, AI, and go-to-market strategy
