The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between Software Development and IT Operations. The goal is improving deployment speed, system reliability, and scalability.

You are customer-focused, open and naturally inclusive in how you work with others. The ideal Sr DevOps Engineer is comfortable working in dynamic environments, thrives on automation, and is passionate about operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer-facing engagements by translating technical solutions into business outcomes while ensuring alignment with business financial objectives.

• Partner frequently with business development to build strategies and deliver DevOps-driven solutions that accelerate client transformation.

• Architect, design, build and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure deployments.

• Automate and scale systems using IaC tools.

• Enhance security and resilience across environments, leveraging best practices and proactive monitoring to safeguard mission-critical systems.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience, proven experience as a Sr DevOps Engineer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration.
