Your Mission
We are looking for a
creative and aesthetic-minded Digital Marketing Manager
with a background in luxury, beauty, cosmetics, or fashion. You will shape and elevate the
digital identity and visual universe
of Louna and its brands across international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who combines an artistic eye, digital marketing sense, and strong awareness of brand coherence. You will work closely with our marketing and medical affairs teams to ensure visual excellence, scientific storytelling, and global consistency.

You combine creativity and structure, artistry and precision, to make every piece of content reflect Louna's essence: science, beauty, and innovation.
- Digital Strategy & Social Media
Social media has no secrets for you. You understand how to make each platform speak its own language and how to turn followers into an engaged community. You know what makes content elegant, emotional, and impactful.
- Develop and execute a global digital content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create and manage a monthly editorial calendar aligned with brand storytelling and product launches.
- Grow and engage our community with refined, meaningful, and science-inspired content.
Collaborate with international distributors to ensure consistency and reach.
Content Creation & Campaigns
You have an artistic eye. You love capturing what's beautiful, collaborating with creators, and telling stories through powerful imagery. You think like a creative director while staying hands-on in production.
- Create original photo and video content for social media and brand campaigns.
- Film or organize interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes moments with doctors and the team.
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shootings, working with photographers, models, and agencies to ensure artistic direction.
- Edit and produce short and long-form videos (Reels, testimonials, trainings, brand films, events).
- Capture visual moments during congresses and workshops, or collaborate with distributors' videographers to curate and repurpose content.
Ensure aesthetic harmony and brand coherence across all visuals.
Brand Identity & Design
You think visually, every color, font, and texture has meaning to you. You understand how to translate a brand's DNA into a consistent, elegant, and emotionally resonant identity.
- Contribute to defining and evolving the visual identity of Louna and its new product lines.
- Design brochures, product leaflets, and sales materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with marketing teams across countries to ensure a unified, premium brand image.
Maintain and ensure compliance with the Louna Brand Book across all markets and distributors.
Website, SEO & E-Commerce Coordination
You are not a developer, but you know how to orchestrate the online experience and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's elegance.
- Update and manage the WordPress website with new visuals, products, and news.
- Coordinate with external web and e-commerce partners for launches and campaigns.
- Oversee the visual and content coherence of the online experience, ensuring smooth navigation and brand alignment.
- Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, newsletters, product highlights) in collaboration with agencies.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative brand management (excluding internships please).
- A strong aesthetic sensibility and deep appreciation for luxury, beauty, and visual refinement.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury is highly valued.
- Excellent knowledge of social media, digital trends, and audience engagement.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong passion and skill for photography and video creation is a real added value.
- Experience with WordPress and coordination of external partners.
- Good understanding of SEO and Google Ads (coordination level rather than technical).
- Creative, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English; French is appreciated.
